On Saturday 21st July, the West End came to Barking and Dagenham at the One Borough festival themed ‘Heroines of the Stage, to mark the 100th anniversary of women winning the vote. For the events forth year, some of musical theatre’s biggest stars came down to Parsloes Park to perform hits from the shows they’d starred in, all under a beaming sun and blue sky.

The stage was programmed keeping this in mind, we bought the best of musical theatre to dagenham, the event was headlined by West End actress and singer Kerry Ellis.

CM Production Management worked alongside The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for a number of weeks before the event, Providing a Production Manager and Production assistant, their roles were to plan the site infrastructure, event program and staffing including liaising with suppliers.

We also supplied PA Systems and technical staff to 4 of the festival stages.
