Barking Folk Festival 2019 was a 2 day family festival celebrating the best of English and World folk music. It also featured dance, poetry, street theatre, art and family fun!

Saturday nights programme in Barking’s Abbey Ruins explored ‘Rebels in the Ruins’.

The Sunday night programme was dedicated to World Folk Music.

Activities available throughout the weekend included; live music, crafts, carnival workshops, street theatre and circus shows. There was also a large variety of delicious street food and drink.
